中文摘要:采用辉光放电质谱仪、图像分析仪及分析软件对进口Al-Ti-B和Al-B中间合金的成分和组织进行了研究。结果表明,进口Al-Ti-B合金中Ti含量约为3.89wt%,B含量约为0.90wt%,两者的比例接近4.3 ∶ 1;进口Al-B合金中B含量约为2.99wt%;进口Al-Ti-B线材中TiAl3呈较小的杆状和团块状分布,颗粒尺寸为10~30 μm,TiAl3的数量也较多;TiB2颗粒的分布较均匀,尺寸细小,且颗粒之间结合疏松;进口Al-B合金中含有大量粒径为2~20 μm 的AlB2中间相,分散性好。
英文摘要:The composition and microstructure of import Al-Ti-B and Al-B alloy were investigated by glow discharge mass, spectrumeter analysis and image analysis. The results show that import Al-Ti-B contains 3.89wt% Ti and 0.90wt%B (mass ratio, Ti to B is close to 4.3 ∶ 1); import Al-B contains 2.99wt%B. Large amout of TiAl3 particulates in import Al-Ti-B wire are in smaller rod shape and agglomerate shape, in the size of 10~30 μm; TiB2 particulates with small size distribute uniformly, and the combination between the particulates is loose. Import Al-B alloy contains a large number of well distributed AlB2 intermediate phases in the size of 2~20 μm.
