二次孕育对球墨铸铁组织的影响

中文摘要:在保持总的碳、硅含量不变的情况下,降低原铁水含硅量,增加二次孕育硅量,研究了二次孕育对球墨铸铁组织的影响。结果表明,一次孕育处理易发生孕育衰退,采用0.1%的硅铁进行二次孕育后,球铁的石墨组织明显得到改善,基体中珠光体的含量略有增加,硬度提高。但为了减缓孕育衰退而进行大剂量的二次孕育反而容易导致石墨产生畸变,促使碎块状石墨和铁素体基体的形成,硬度急剧下降。
英文摘要:The effects of post inoculation on microstructure of ductile iron were studied by reducing silicon content in base iron, increasing silicon content of post inoculation under keeping no change of total content of carbon and silicon. The results show that first inoculation easily causes inoculation fade, while the graphite structure obviously improves with 0.1% ferrous silicon post inoculation, the pearlite in the matrix slightly increases, the hardness increases. But the graphite yields distortion when the post inoculation is done with vast inoculator to slow down inoculation fade, the fragmental graphite and ferritic matrix form, the hardness declines sharply.
