中文摘要:采用悬浮铸造法向QA10-3铝青铜合金液中加入同种成分的悬浮剂颗粒,研究了不同熔体处理温度对QA10-3铝青铜合金组织的细化作用。结果表明,悬浮剂的添加改变了常规铸态组织中的板条状组织,使之变为不规则的颗粒状或蔷薇状组织;并能细化晶粒,平均晶粒尺寸达50 μm。
英文摘要:Solid particles with the same composition were added to aluminum bronze QA10-3 molten liquid by suspension casting. The effects of superheated condition on the microstructure of QA10-3 alloy at different melting treating temperature were investigated. The results show that the lath structure changes into irregular granular/ rosette structure by adding floating agent, and the grain is refined to 50 μm in average.
