中文摘要:基于Deform-3D平台建立了环件径轴向轧制三维有限元模型,模拟分析了TC4钛合金环件径轴向轧制过程。结果表明:金属流动曲线呈现上下波动变化,外层金属流动速度大于内层金属;等效应变曲线呈阶梯状上升趋势,金属进入径向轧制区后塑性变形程度加强,致使等效应变逐渐上升,而在轴向及其余非轧制区等效应变变化不大, 环件外圈等效应变最大,中层最小;内、外层环面金属温度曲线呈周期性波浪式下降趋势,中间层金属温度曲线呈阶梯状上升趋势。
英文摘要:A 3-D FEM model for radial-axial ring rolling was established based on software Deform-3D, the process of radial-axial rolling of TC4 titanium alloy ring was simulated and analyzed. The results indicate that the metal flow curve wavily fluctuates, the flow speed of outer-plane metal is greater than that of inner-plane metal; the equivalent strain curve shows staged ascendant trend when metal enters into the radial plastic deformation area to make, the deformation degree strengthens, which makes equivalent strain lift, while the equivalent strain has a little change in axial or other deformation area, the maximum and minimum equivalent strain appear in the outer-plane and mid-plane respectively; the temperature curve of inner-plane and outer-plane metal shows a cyclical and downward change trend, while the temperature of the mid-plane metal increases in stage.
