中文摘要:浅锥面拉深的主要失效形式是起皱和破裂。以Dynaform软件为平台,结合正交试验方法,对某浅锥面罩零件拉深过程进行数值模拟。分析了厚向异性系数、摩擦系数、拉延筋阻力以及压边力对浅锥面罩零件拉深性能造成的影响。通过对拉深参数的优化,基本消除制件拉深过程中的起皱和破裂。
英文摘要:Crack and wrinkling are the main failure mode in deep drawing process for shallow tapered surface. Combining with orthogonal experiment method, the process of the shallow tapered mantle part was simulated numerically by software Dynaform. The influences of the coefficient such as normal anisotropy, friction coefficient, resistance of drawbead and stress distribution on the deep drawing process were analyzed. The crack and wrinkling in the deep drawing process was almost eliminated after the optimization of drawing parameters.
