中文摘要:利用有限元分析软件Defrom-3D来模拟超薄尾翼挤压过程。通过对整体模具径向挤压、分瓣模具径向挤压、多步合模挤压三种不同模具的充型、等效应力极值-时间曲线图以及凸模的载荷-行程曲线图的比较,在不考虑现实工况效率的情况下,得出了分步挤压为最佳模具方案。
英文摘要:The extrusion process of ultra slim empennage in lateral extrusion and multi-step extrusion was numerically simulated by finite element analysis software Defrom-3D. The charts of the filling, effective stress-time diagrams as well as extrusion pressure-stroke curves for the punch-pin were obtained with the following three sets of dies scheme respectively, namely integrated lateral extrusion, interrupted lateral extrusion and multi-step extrusion. The simulation results show that the multi-step extrusion is the best one for manufacturing ultra slim empennage taking no account of efficiency under actual working conditions.
