中文摘要:针对LF21铝合金TIG焊接易产生气孔和热裂纹等特点,引入与焊枪同轴的直流外加纵向磁场对LF21铝合金TIG焊接过程进行控制。以外加恒定直流纵向磁场TIG焊为研究对象,通过采用金相分析和硬度分析的方法,研究了纵向磁场TIG焊接LF21铝合金焊缝组织发生变化的规律和原因。结果表明:在适当的磁场强度作用下,焊缝宏观形貌成形美观;焊缝组织获得最佳的细化效果;焊缝中心硬度值大于无磁场强度时的硬度值,并接近于母材硬度值。
英文摘要:Applied DC longitudinal magnetic field coaxial with the welding gun was introduced to control TIG welding process for LF21 aluminum alloy aiming to the thermal cracks and porosity during TIG welding process. Taking constant applied DC longitudinal magnetic field TIG welding as study object the changing patterns and the changing causes of the weld morphology of LF21 aluminum alloy were researched by metallographic and hardness analysis. The experiment results show that, under appropriate magnetic field intensity, the formation of the weld is good, and the refining effect on the microstructrue of the weld is best, the hardness in the center of the weld is greater than that without magnetic field, and it is closed to the hardness of the base metal.
