中文摘要:采用强制冷却搅拌摩擦加工工艺对AZ31镁合金表面进行了表面改性加工,对比了强制冷却搅拌摩擦加工和未强制冷却搅拌摩擦加工工艺对组织的影响。结果表明,采用强制冷却搅拌摩擦加工工艺试样搅拌区晶粒细化明显,有效抑制了热影响区晶粒长大;经强制冷却搅拌摩擦加工后组织显微硬度最高达104HV,比母材硬度提高约79.3%。
英文摘要:The surface of AZ31 alloy was processed by friction stir process with forced cooling (FFSP). The microstructure of the FFSP sample was compared with the microstructure of FSP. The results show that the grain size of the FFSP stir zone is smaller than that of the FSP and the forced cooling can effectively restrain the growth of grain in heat-affected zone. The microhardness of the FFSP stir zone reaches about 104 HV, higher than the matrix about 79.3%.
