中文摘要:研究了TC4钛合金激光焊接接头经高温热处理后的显微组织,结果表明:由于在TC4合金相变点附近温度进行热处理能极大提高其合金元素的扩散速率,激光焊接接头中的马氏体α′随热处理时间的延长而更粗大,且分布更杂乱;热处理前后焊缝截面显微硬度均自焊缝中心向热影响区逐渐降低,热影响区显微硬度低于母材。与原始接头显微硬度值相比,经历高温热处理后接头的显微硬度降低约60 HV左右。
英文摘要:The microstructure of laser welded joint of Ti-6Al-4V alloy after high temperature heat treatment was investigated. The results reveal that the diffusion rate of alloying agent is accelerated during heat treatment, martensite α′ becomes coarse and the orientation turns to random direction. The microhardness of the weld bead reduces from the center of joint to base metal before and after heat treatment, and the microhardness of HAZ is minimum. But the microhardness of the weld bead after heat treatment reduces by 60 HV, compared with origin welded joint.
