中文摘要:在大气环境中,用扩散焊接方法进行了ZrO2陶瓷与Ni-Bi合金的连接。Ni-Bi合金为Ni-x%Bi (x=0,0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0),ZrO2陶瓷型号为Z201N。焊接工艺为:在2~8 MPa压力、973~1173 K温度下,保持3.6~10.8 ks。分别在室温和高温下,通过剪切试验检测了接头的连接强度。当剪切温度不超过873 K时,在1173 K的焊接温度和8 MPa的焊接压力下保持7.2 ks获得的ZrO2/Ni-2Bi接头的连接强度保持在22 MPa。
英文摘要: ZrO2 ceramic and Ni-Bi alloys were joined by diffusion bonding at atmosphere. The Ni-Bi alloys were Ni-x%Bi (x=0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0) and ZrO2 ceramic was Z201N. The bonding was carried out at 973~1173 K for 3.6~10.8 ks under the pressure of 2~8 MPa. The bonding strength was examined by shear test from room temperature to high temperature. The strength obtained in ZrO2/Ni-2Bi joint at 1173 K for 7.2 ks under 8 MPa is 22 MPa when the shear temperature is below 873 K.
