中文摘要:采用化学成分、力学性能、残余应力、断口以及金相等试验方法对GCr15SiMn压球辊崩裂原因进行分析。结果表明:锻造工艺不当,使材料严重脆化;回火时去应力不充分,使材料应力较大。材料的脆化及较大的应力导致压球辊最终的脆性断裂。
英文摘要:The crack on GCr15SiMn ball roller was analyzed by chemical composition, mechanical properties, residual stress, fracture and metallographic analysis. The results show that the improper forging process causes the embrittlement of the material, and the improper tempering leads to the larger material stress. The material embrittlement and residual stress leads to the final brittle fracture of the ball roller.
