中文摘要:某钛合金壳体在进行冲击试验时开裂,外表面有液压油喷出。对钛合金壳体裂纹进行了外观检查,对其裂纹断口进行了宏、微观观察,并对其组织和硬度进行了检查。结果表明:钛合金壳体的裂纹性质为疲劳开裂;在壳体进行粗加工过程中,壳体壁厚较薄部位的硬而脆的富氧α层处萌生了裂纹,并发生了扩展。
英文摘要:The shell of titanium alloy cracked during impact test. The oil sprayed out through the crack. The visual inspection was carried through the crack,then the macro and micro observation of the crack, and the microstructure and the hardness of the shell were studied. The results show that the fracture mode is fatigue. During the rough machining of the titanium shell, the cracks initiate and expand from the α case which is on the outer surface of the shell.
