中文摘要:运用Pro/E软件对锻模机构实体建模,利用ADAMS对锻模机构的工作状态进行模拟仿真,验证机构模型在实际工作中是否干涉,并与锻模机构冲击力的计算结果进行比较,验证计算结果的正确。通过输出的锻模机构冲击力曲线图及其速度、加速度曲线确定其最佳工作参数。在确定锻模机构冲击载荷的条件下,验证所求的冲击力能否满足制件成形性能的要求并不会使制件压溃,达到满足旋锻机的设计要求。
英文摘要:The die body of three-dimensional solid model was set up by Pro/E software. The functional mode of the forging die body was simulated by ADAMS mechanical system. The model in practical work situation, such as whether there was interference, was validated. Comparing the impact force in simulation analysis with calculation analysis, the impact of calculation results was verified. Through the curves output of the forging die body, impact velocity and acceleration, the optimum working parameters of the forging die body were fixed. The impact force of the molding parts were verified to meet the performance requirements and not breaking parts.
