中文摘要:采用铣削法在7075铝合金退火板表面引入初始残余应力,研究了交变载荷加载状态下表面残余应力的演变规律,并基于包辛格效应和塑性变形理论讨论了交变载荷加载状态时残余应力松弛机理。结果表明:交变载荷对铝合金板表面残余应力松弛的影响主要取决于加载应力与残余应力的矢量叠加;交变载荷对残余应力松弛主要在第一个作用周期;当加载周期增大到一定程度后,交变载荷比单向载荷对残余应力的松弛效果更好。
英文摘要:Concentrated initial surface residual stress of annealed 7075 aluminum alloy plate was applied by milling method, The evolvement rule of surface residual stress under alternate load was studied. The mechanism of residual stress relaxation under alternate load was discussed based on Bauschinger effect and theory of plastic deformation. The results show that the effect of alternate load on surface residual stress relaxation of aluminum alloy plate mainly depends on the vector superposition of load stress and residual stress; the residual stress relaxation under alternate load is mainly in the first loading cycle; when load cycles increases to a certain degree, the effect of alternate load is better than that of unidirectional load.
