中文摘要:对国内外具有代表性的三家企业生产的X100级管线钢的微观组织及其与力学性能之间的关系进行研究。结果表明:X100级管线钢的微观组织由针状铁素体、粒状贝氏体和M/A岛组成。由于化学成分的细微差别及轧制工艺的不同,各组织在管体中所占的比例和形态不同,其力学性能包括拉伸性能和冲击性能存在很大的差异,而对硬度和止裂韧性方面没有明显的影响。只要严格控制钢中S、P含量,采用合理工艺确保其微观组织晶粒细小且分布均匀,避免M/A岛呈大面积的层片状分布,就有利于提高管线钢的拉伸性能和冲击性能,从而获得良好的满足要求的高强度级别的管线钢管。
英文摘要:The relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of X100 pipeline steel was investigated. The results show that the microstructure of X100 pipeline steel consists of acicular ferrite, granular bainite and M/A island. Due to the difference of chemical composition, rolling craft, microstructure proportion and microstructure morphology, the mechanical properties including tensile and impact properties are different, but the hardness and fracture-arrest toughness have not obvious influence. As long as strictly controlling S and P content in the steel, using reasonable craft to guarantee that fine texture crystal grain uniformly distributes and avoids the big area M/A island shaped sheet, it is advantageous to enhance the tensile and impact properties of the pipeline steel, which obtains good high strength rank pipeline steel.
