中文摘要:针对某企业制绳钢丝扭转试验断后是否合格的判定问题,通过断口宏观形态分析、微观断口特征、金相显微组织分析,检验标准对比等多种方法,总结归类了几种典型断口形态,分别对典型断口进行研究,探寻扭转断口合格与否的科学依据,并追溯不合格原因,提出改进措施。
英文摘要:By macro-fractography, mico-fracture appearance analysis, fractography microstructure, compared with inspection standards, some typical fractures about wire for steel wire ropes after torsion from one mill were studied. Whether the scientific basis for torsion fracture is up to standard was found, the reason for unqualified product was researched, and the improved measures were pointed out.
