中文摘要:实验采用电化学方法探究CO32-浓度、S2-浓度、pH值以及流速等工艺参数的改变对2205双相不锈钢(2205DSS)在盐卤介质中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明, 采用两碱法的最佳制盐工艺参数值为:S2-浓度1.00 g/L; pH=8.35;流速1.80 m/s; CO32- 浓度1.00 g/L。在此工艺参数下可缓解设备腐蚀。
英文摘要:The influences of the concentration of S2- and CO32-, the change of pH value, temperature and flow velocity of brine on the corrosion behavior of 2205DSS in brine were studied by electrochemical method. The results show that the best technology is using two-alkali method. When S2- has a concentration of 1.00 g/L, pH=8.35, CO32- has a concentration of 1.00 g/L and flow velocity is 1.80 m/s, 2205DSS has the best ability of resistance to corrosion.
