中文摘要:真空条件下,向低碳微合金钢中加入不同含量的稀土元素钇,同样条件下进行熔炼、浇注、轧制。利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜以及能谱分析,研究了稀土元素钇对低碳微合金钢组织、性能的影响规律。结果表明,稀土元素钇细化了低碳微合金钢的组织并对第二相具有变质作用;热分析表明不同含量钇均使低碳微合金钢的晶粒得到细化。向低碳微合金钢中添加质量分数为1.5%Y时,实验钢的性能有所提高。当达到2.0%Y时,合金晶粒细化效果明显,此时力学性能有进一步改善。
英文摘要:Under vacuum condition, the different content yttrium was added to low carbon micro-alloy steel, under the same condition, melting, casting and rolling were carried out. The effects of rare earth Y on the microstructure and properties of low carbon micro-alloyed steel were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and spectroscopy. Experimental results show that rare earth Y can refine the microstructure of low carbon micro-alloy steel and modify the second phase; thermal analysis shows that the different content Y refines the grains of low carbon micro-alloy steel. When adding 1.5wt%Y, the properties of the steel increase. When adding 2.0wt%Y, the refining effect on the grain is obvious, the mechanical properties improve further.
