中文摘要:采用搅拌铸造法制备玻璃颗粒增强铝基废物复合材料,利用SEM、XRD等手段观察和分析了玻璃颗粒在复合材料制备中的变化情况,研究了玻璃颗粒含量对复合材料抗拉强度和耐磨强度的影响。结果表明,玻璃颗粒较均匀地分布于基体中,界面结合良好;与基体相比,复合材料耐磨性能提高了4.62倍,抗拉强度提高并不明显;玻璃颗粒表面发生熔融,裂纹在铝液中能够自我修复,从而提高复合材料的力学性能。
英文摘要:The glass/aluminum metal matrix composite was prepared by stirring cast. The surface change of the grains was studied by SEM and XRD. The influnce of glass grain on the tensile strength and abrasive resistance of the composite was studied. The results show that glass grains could scatter and suspend well in melt; compared with matrix alloy, the abrasive resistanc of the composite is improved by 4.62 times, but the increase of tensile strength of the composite is not obvious; when glass grains scattering and suspending in alloy, the melting phenomenon occurs on grain surface, and the crack in aluminium liquid can self-heal, meanwhile, the mechanical property of the composite improves.
