碳纳米管/镁基复合材料在NaCl溶液中的抗腐蚀性能研究

中文摘要:研究了不同碳纳米管(CNTs)含量以及不同球磨时间对铸造AZ91D 、AZ31合金在3.5% NaCl溶液中抗腐蚀性能和pH值的影响。结果表明,随着CNTs含量的增加,AZ91D合金试样的抗腐蚀性明显提高,碳纳米管含量在3%时,其平均腐蚀速率与未加CNTs的铸态试样相比,提高了10.3倍。随着预制块配料球磨时间的增加,加入该碳纳米管预制块的AZ31镁合金的抗腐蚀性能也明显提高,当预制块配料球磨16 h,AZ31合金铸态试样的平均腐蚀速率比球磨0.5 h的试样提高了2.3倍。随腐蚀时间的延长,溶液的pH值增加,其腐蚀速率先增加后趋近于平缓。
英文摘要:The corrosion resistance and pH value of AZ91D and AZ31 alloy with different CNTs content in 3.5% NaCl solution was studied. The results show that with the increase of CNTs content, the corrosion resistance of AZ91D with CNTs significantly improves, the average corrosion rate of AZ91D with 3% CNTs is 10.3 times higher than that of AZ91D without CNTs. With the increase of ball milling time, the corrosion resistance of AZ31 with 0.3% CNTs obviously improve. When ball milling for 16 h, the average corrosion rate of AZ31 with CNTs is 2.3 times higher than the sample after ball milling for 0.5 h. As the corrosion time increasing, pH value of solution increases, the corrosion rate increases first and then tends to be gentle.
