中文摘要:采用某种自制粘结剂代替传统热喷焊的涂层,制备了Ni60自熔合金涂层,探讨粘结剂对涂层显微组织、孔隙率、显微硬度、磨损性能和腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,与传统热喷焊涂层相比,粘结剂预制涂层的组织细小、孔隙率低,显微硬度、磨损性能和腐蚀性能基本相同,故此技术可以消除传统热喷焊技术的不足,且粘结剂的存在可改变硬质相的存在状态,起到弥散强化的作用。
英文摘要:Ni60 self-melting coating was prepared with home-made adhesive replacing traditional hot spray-welding coating. The effects of the adhesive on the microstructure, porosity, hardness, wear property and corrosion property were studied. The results show that the use of adhesive can eliminate the shortage of traditional hot spray-welding technique, for example, low porosity, fine microstructure, the similar wear and corrosion property. The adhesive can change the state of harden phases and play a role of dispersion strengthness.
