中文摘要:采用WokaStar-600(Sulzer Metco公司生产)HVOF喷涂系统制备MCrAlY涂层,并对原涂层、封闭涂层及热震处理后涂层进行了组织形貌分析。结果表明: 涂层中主要为fcc结构 γ-Co(Ni) 和bcc结构β-Co(Ni)Al相;封闭热处理后涂层组织更均匀, 涂层内Al颗粒减少,β相减少,γ相增多,涂层氧化少,硬度增加;热震处理后涂层β-Co(Ni)Al相、Y2O3和Al颗粒增多,硬度降低。
英文摘要:MCrAlY coating was sprayed by WokaStar-600 HVOF system. The microstructure and properties of the as-sprayed coating, sealed and heat-treated coating, and thermal-shock-treated coating were analyzed. The results show that all the coating is composed of fcc γ-Co(Ni) and bcc β-Co(Ni)Al structure. Al particle and β phase in the coating after sealed and heat treatment decline while γ phase increases. The hardness increases after sealed treatment while oxidation decreases, β structure Y2O3, and Al particle increases and hardness decreases in the coating after thermal shock treatment.
