中文摘要:利用正交试验方法研究34CrNi3Mo钢热处理工艺与性能之间的关系。结果表明:影响材料性能的主次顺序为:回火温度>回火时间>淬火温度>淬火时间;通过回归分析得出材料性能与热处理工艺参数之间的关系式,并得出最优工艺组合;通过试验验证,回归值与实测值吻合较好。
英文摘要:The relation between heat treatment process and properties of 34CrNi3Mo was studied using orthogonal experiment method. The influential factors of 34CrNi3Mo's property were ordered. The results show that the sequence of influential significance is as follows: temper temperature, temper time, quenching temperature and quenching time. The relational expression of materials properties and heat treatment parameters is found by regression analysis, and the optimum technological combination is obtained. The calculated value is closed to the test value.
