中文摘要:采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线衍射仪研究了淬火温度对Cr5型冷轧工作辊用钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明,调质态Cr5型冷轧工作辊用钢组织中的碳化物主要为Cr7C3型,较之球化退火态、调质态的碳化物更为细小,尺寸为100~300 nm;对于调质态的Cr5钢,当淬火温度为875~950 ℃时,随淬火温度的升高,硬度单调上升;当淬火温度超过950 ℃时,硬度略有降低。
英文摘要:The influences of quenching temperature on the microstructure and property of Cr5 steel for cold roller were studied by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The carbide in the microstructure of Cr5 steel after quenching and tempering treatment is mainly characterized as Cr7C3. Compared with the spheroidic annealing state, the carbide under quenching and tempering condition is refined, about 100~300 nm. The hardness increases monotonously after quenching at 875 ℃~950 ℃. By contrast, the hardness decreases when the quenching temperature above 950 ℃.
