中文摘要:对20CrNi2Mo钢进行了强韧化处理,研究了处理工艺对其金相组织、硬度、塑韧性和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:20CrNi2Mo钢经不同工艺强韧化后,虽然金相组织基本保持低碳马氏体板条形态,但强度、塑韧性和耐磨性等有差别,深冷处理有利于提高材料耐磨性;两相区淬火使材料的韧性得到提高;高温淬火可提高材料的韧性,同时又不损伤材料的强度。
英文摘要:20CrNi2Mo steel was treated with several strengthening and toughening processes. The effects of strengthening and toughening processes on the microstructure, hardness, plasticity and toughness and wear resistance were studied. The results indicate that although the microstructure is almost retaining the low carbon martensite lath morphology, the hardness, plasticity and toughness and wear resistance by different heat treatment processes have distinction. The wear resistance can be enhanced by sub-zero treatment, the toughness can be improved by double phase quenching and the toughness can be improved by high temperature quenching with less losing strength.
