中文摘要:研究了热处理对35CrMo钢硬度、显微组织的影响,通过测定极化曲线分析其耐腐蚀性能的变化规律。结果表明:在w(NaCl)=3.5%腐蚀环境中,淬火样由于存在较大的淬火应力导致应力腐蚀倾向很大,回火降低了淬火应力,试样耐蚀性提高。材料的组织是否均匀则影响形成微观腐蚀电池的数量,其数量越多,腐蚀电流越大,耐蚀性能就越差。
英文摘要:The effects of heat treatment on the hardness and microstructure of 35CrMo steel were studied, the change law of corrosion resistance was analyzed by electrochemical technique. The results show that under 3.0%NaCl corrosion environment, the existence of the quenching stress in quenched sample has a greater tendency to stress corrosion cracking, and temperring decreases the quenching stress, the samples' anticorrosion performance are enhanced. The homogenization of microstructure of the material affects the numbers of micro-corrosion cell. The more the batteries, the larger the current, and the anticorrosion performance of this material gets worse.
