中文摘要:研究了热处理制度对TA15钛合金棒材显微组织的影响,并测试了热处理后试样的冲击性能。 结果表明:通过调整退火温度及保温时间, 可改变合金的显微组织,提高TA15钛合金的冲击性能。TA15钛合金在初生α相的形状和大小基本相同的情况下,次生α相的形状和大小对冲击韧度的影响比较大。次生α为条状时的冲击值明显高于次生α为圆形或短棒状时的冲击值。经810 ℃× 2 h,AC热处理后,可获得冲击性能良好的TA15钛合金棒材,并且冲击性能提高了35%。
英文摘要:The effects of heat treatment process on the microstructure of TA15 alloy bar were studied, and the impact properties of the samples after heat treatment were measured. The results show that the microstructure of the alloy can be changed and the impact property can be increased through the adjustment of the annealing temperature and holding time. If the new-born α phase in TA15 alloy basically has the same shape and size, the shape and size of the second α phase has a large effect on the impact toughness. The impact toughness of the sheet second α phase is significantly higher than that of secondary α in a short round or rod-like. The good impact property of TA15 alloy can be obtained after heat treatment at 810 ℃ for 2 h, AC, and the impact property is increased by 35%.
