中文摘要:分析了加工大批量低成本硬齿面齿轮的常用加工方法,针对用剃齿工艺加工硬齿面齿轮在热处理后精度降低和在剃齿中有噪声的问题,提出了采用合理的热处理工艺流程和剃齿刀修形的工艺方案。 实践证明,硬齿面齿轮加工采用该工艺技术,精度能达7级以上,且节省材料和能耗,大大提高了生产效率,经济效益显著。
英文摘要:The common processing methods of hard surface gear with low-cost were analyzed. The process flow of heat treatment and the process scheme of shaving cutter modification was put forward according to the noise in the shaving progress and the precision reducing of hard surface gear after heat treatment. Practice shows that the accuracy of hard surface gear can be up to 7 or above using this technology, saving material and reducing energy consumption also. It can improve production efficiency and the economic benefit is notable.
