中文摘要:对电站锅炉水冷壁管进行宏观检查、金相显微组织观察与分析、化学成分分析。结果表明,该电站锅炉水冷壁管失效的主要原因是由于炉底熔渣产生析铁,铁水漏到该水冷壁管正火面造成管材严重过热,产生短时过热爆管。
英文摘要:The macro-inspection, metallographic observation and analysis, chemical composition analysis of boiler water-cooling wall tube were carried out. The results show that the main reason for the failure of the wall tube is because bottom slag produces iron, iron water flows to the wall tube to cause serious overheating of pipe normalizing face and make pipe burst.
