中文摘要:Q345A中厚板内部微裂纹分布在珠光体、贝氏体及马氏体带状组织等异常组织中,能谱分析发现异常组织存在C、Mn元素的富集,即成分偏析导致心部异常组织的产生,而异常组织及其中的条状MnS、氮化物等夹杂与钢基体的界面往往成为裂纹源,在轧后冷却或矫直过程中张应力作用下钢板内部产生裂纹。
英文摘要:Micro-cracks in the plate have three kinds of abnormal microstructure, which are pearlite, bainite and martensite banded microstructure. The concentration of carbon and manganese was found in the abnormal microstructure by energy spectrum analysis, that is, the segregation of composition forms in the abnormal microstructure, the interfaces between steel basic phase and abnormal microstructure or inclusions such as MnS and nitride are the sources of micro-cracks, which can result in cracks by the tensile stress during cooling and straightening.
