中文摘要:采用金相观察、力学性能测试、扫描电镜及X射线衍射分析,研究了微量钪对A357合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明:0.2wt%Sc加入A357合金中,能强烈细化α-Al;也能一定程度改善共晶硅相的形态,但对共晶硅相的变质效果远小于Sr。Sc、Sr联合加入,对A357合金的铸态组织细化变质效果显著,使合金的力学性能大幅提高。
英文摘要:The effects of trace Sc on the microstructure and mechanical properties of A357 alloy were investigated by optical microscope, mechanical property testing, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that adding 0.2% Sc into A357 alloy can remarkably refine α-Al and modify eutectic Si to some extent, but the modification efficiency of using Sc is much less than that of using Sr; by combined adding Sc and Sr, a well-modified structure is obtained, as a result, there is a significant improvement in mechanical properties of the alloy.
