中文摘要: 采用有限元成形分析软件DEFORM-3D对三通热成形进行有限元数值模拟与分析; 阐述了DEFORM-3D数值模拟在三通热成形工艺中对确定鼓包淬火高度和冷却区温度的的选择等方面的应用。研究结果对三通的设计与制造有一定的指导作用。
英文摘要:Through forming software DEFORM-3D, the finite element simulation and analysis was applied for the forming process of T-pipe; the application of finite element simulation of hot forming processing in T-pipe, such as determining the quenching height and the temperature of cooling zone in the bulging, was described. The results have some guidance for the design and manufacture of T-pipe.
