中文摘要:通过分析厚板传统圆孔翻边的缺陷,提出了一种新的圆孔翻边工艺——局部镦粗翻边。采用Deform-3D软件对厚板传统圆孔翻边和局部镦粗圆孔翻边的成形过程进行了数值模拟,得出了翻边高度、孔缘处切向应变等的变化规律。模拟结果表明:厚板局部镦粗翻边较传统翻边的翻边高度明显提高;镦粗凸模尺寸以及下支撑板斜角对镦粗翻边有较大的影响。最后,对铝合金厚板的传统圆孔翻边和局部镦粗圆孔翻边工艺进行了验证。
英文摘要:Based on the analysis of flaw and limitation of traditional burring, a kind of new burring technology,upsetting-burring, was brought up. The traditional burring process and upsetting-burring process for thick sheet was simulated by Deform-3D software .The variation laws of hoop strain and burring height were obtained. The simulation results show that, the height of upsetting-burring is higher than that of traditional burring. The size of upsetting-burring punch and angle of support panel also have great impacts on the upsetting-burring. Finally,the traditional burring and upsetting-burring processes for the thick sheet of aluminum alloy were verified.
