中文摘要:采用有限单元法,模拟了连续油管ERW直焊缝与TIG环焊缝交汇处T型接头残余应力场的分布情况。结果表明,焊接残余应力集中分布在两种焊缝附近,最大残余应力出现在TIG焊缝起焊位置。由于ERW直焊缝经历了两种热处理过程,使得该焊缝附近残余应力较小,最大应力约为220 MPa;TIG焊缝未经历任何热处理过程,因此焊接残余应力较大,最大应力约为628 MPa。由此说明热处理技术能够较好地消除焊接残余应力。
英文摘要: The residual stress field of T-welded joint for coiled tube was simulated by finite element method. The T-welded joint was made up of straight ERW weld and ring TIG weld. The results show that post welding residual stress concentrates in the vicinity of two weld and the maximum residual stress appears in the starting position of TIG weld. Straight ERW weld experiences two kinds of heat treatment processes, which decreases the weld residual stress near ERW weld. The maximum stress is about 220 MPa. Because TIG weld does not go through any heat treatment process, the welding residual stress is larger and the maximum stress is about 628 MPa. It shows that the welding residual stress can be eliminated after heat treatment.
