中文摘要: 通过对于TIG焊快速制造金属体缺陷特点的分析,提出了缺陷的两种熔焊补偿方法,并建立了缺陷补偿所需焊丝量的数学模型和计算公式。通过实验证明,对金属体每层缺陷的补偿,使得金属体内部气孔明显减少,金属体变形被有效抑制。
英文摘要:The characteristics of TIG welding rapid prototyping metallic object defect were analyzed. Two methods for welding defect repair were proposed. The wire cubage mathematical model and formula of defects were found. In experiments, the defects of each layer in metallic object were repaired. Pores in metallic object significantly reduce. Metallic object distortion is inhibited.
