中文摘要:研究了添加0.1%的混合稀土对ZM5镁合金显微组织的影响,分析了ZM5和ZM5-0.1RE镁合金在不同介质中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:加入0.1%的混合稀土后ZM5镁合金组织细化,β相变得均匀、连续,且生成了块状分布的Al3Ce相和Al11La3相,降低了Al元素在晶粒内部的偏析,使得ZM5镁合金在pH=3的HCl溶液和pH=7的3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性得到提高。在pH=10的NaOH溶液中,ZM5镁合金腐蚀的热力学倾向降低,腐蚀轻微。
英文摘要:The effect of 0.1% mischmetal element addition on the microstructure of ZM5 magnesium alloy was studied,and the corrosion behavior of ZM5 and ZM5-0.1%RE magnesium alloy in different mediums was analyzed. The results show that 0.1% mischmetal element addition refines the micostructure, makes β phase continuous and well-distributed in the matrix, produces Al3Ce phase and Al11La3 phase, and reduces the segregation degree of Al. So, the corrosion resistance of ZM5 magnesium alloy in(pH=3) HCl and (pH=7) salt solution increases. In (pH=10) NaOH solution, the thermodynamic tendency of corrosion of ZM5 magnesium alloy reduces.
