中文摘要:通过金相组织观察、周期浸泡试验、腐蚀交流阻抗谱测量等方法研究了稀土Nd对Q345B钢组织及腐蚀性能的影响。 结果表明:稀土元素Nd使Q345B钢的组织细化、均匀; 添加适量的稀土Nd可有效提高Q345B钢的抗腐蚀能力。
英文摘要:Nd-doped Q345B steel was successfully prepared. The effects of Nb on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of the steel were investigated in details. The results show that the microstructure of Q345B steel is refined and homogenized by the addition of rare earth Nd. Moreover, the proper addition of rare earth Nd can increase the corrosion resistance of Q345B steel effectively.
