中文摘要:采用Thermo-Calc软件研究了低碳微合金钢中C、Cr、Mo等元素含量对临界区奥氏体体积分数的影响规律,并通过临界区淬火热处理试验确定奥氏体体积分数。 结果发现,合金元素的含量对临界区奥氏体体积分数有一定影响。增加C和Cr的含量能够提高临界区奥氏体体积分数,增加Mo含量将降低临界区奥氏体体积分数。
英文摘要:The influences of alloy elements (C, Cr, Mo) on the volume fraction of critical austenite in low carbon micro-alloyed steel were studied by Thermo-Calc software. Then the volume fraction of critical austenite was measured by critical heat treatment. The results show that the content of alloy elements can affect the austenite volume fraction. The increase of C and Cr content can result in more critical austenite, while Mo reduces the fraction of critical austenite.
