中文摘要:采用Al-TiO2-KBF4-Na3AlF6为反应体系,通过热力学分析,用熔体直接反应法制备了TiB2/Al-18%Si复合材料,运用XRD、OM、EPMA、SEM和硬度仪等对该复合材料的物相、颗粒分布、显微组织及硬度进行了分析。结果表明:该复合材料主要由Al、Si和TiB2相组成;原位内生的TiB2 颗粒细小(<1.0 μm),并均匀弥散分布于Al-18%Si基体中;与基体合金相比,复合材料的硬度明显提高。
英文摘要:Based on the thermodynamic analysis of Al-TiO2-KBF4-Na3AlF6 reaction system, TiB2/Al-18%Si composite was prepared by directional melt reaction in-situ synthesis process. The phase composition, microstructure, the distribution of TiB2 particles on the matrix and hardness of the composite were investigated by XRD, OM, EPMA, SEM and sclerometer, respectively. The results indicate that there are Al, Si and TiB2 phase in the composite. The in-situ TiB2 particle is less than 1.0 μm, and uniformly distribute in Al-18%Si matrix alloy. Compared with matrix alloy, the hardness of the composite dramatically improves.
