
钨丝与灰铸铁原位合成WC的研究

中文摘要:采用铸造复合热处理工艺制备钨丝/铁基复合材料,研究了在浇铸状态、反应中间状态和完全反应态时,钨丝与灰铸铁中的石墨原位合成WC的过程,采用SEM、EDS和XRD分析了试样的微观组织和相结构。结果表明:原始浇铸试样的钨丝基本未发生反应,仅有少量Fe7W6出现在钨丝和基体的边界;在1150 ℃下保温1 h时,钨丝与碳发生反应,但不完全,主要产物为WC,同时有少量W2C和复相化合物Fe3W3C生成;在1150 ℃下保温2 h钨丝反应完全,产物全部为WC。
英文摘要:The tungsten wires/iron-based composite was prepared by the combined process of casting and heat treatment. The in-situ synthesized WC between tungsten wires and graphite in gray cast iron in original casting, intermediate reaction state and complete reaction state was investigated. The microstructure and phase composition of the composite was analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that, the tungsten wires almost have no reaction, only a few Fe7W6 appear in the boundary of tungsten wires and matrix; the tungsten wires have reaction but not completely react, the mainly products are WC, others are a few W2C and complex phase Fe3W3C; the tungsten wires react completely, all the products are WC.
