中文摘要:研究了超音速火焰喷涂制备的MoB-CoCr涂层在熔融锌液中的腐蚀情况,并分析锌液对MoB-CoCr涂层的腐蚀机理。结果表明,涂层中的缺陷孔隙成为裂纹源,而MoB-CoCr涂层的残余应力、淬火应力以及涂层与不锈钢热膨胀系数不匹配所产生的应力使涂层开裂,甚至涂层与基体发生剥离,锌渗入到涂层缺陷中使裂纹扩展,形成沿着裂纹的腐蚀,加速了涂层的失效。
英文摘要:The corrosion resistance and corrosion mechanism of MoB-CoCr coating prepared by high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) process in molten zinc immersion test was studied. The results show that the pores in coating serve as crack initiators, and the residual stress, quenching stress and thermal stress result from the difference between coating and substrate led to the propagation of crack, and even the spalling of the coating from substrate. While molten zinc is diffused into coating through cracks and hastened the extension of crack, the corrosion along the crack forms, finally molten zinc accelerates the failure of the coating.
