中文摘要:通过对四种规格的TP2铜管进行在线感应退火试验,分析了TP2铜管的力学性能及其影响因素。结果表明,经过在线感应退火后的TP2铜管各部分的组织和性能稳定一致;TP2铜管的力学性能不仅与晶粒度和几何因素等内因有关,还与环境温度等外因有关。
英文摘要:The in-line induction annealing test of four specifications TP2 copper tube was carried out. The mechanical properties of TP2 copper tube and its influencing factors were analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties and microstructure of different positions are stable and consistent after in-line induction annealing. The mechanical properties of TP2 copper tube are not only involved with internal factors, such as grain size and geometry, but also with environmental temperature.
