中文摘要：通过对27Mn5钢的硬度、淬透性及调质工艺参数的研究，得到力学性能和硬度满足N80Q和L80油井管要求的调质工艺参数。生产实践表明，用27Mn5调质生产N80Q、L80油、套管的工艺完全可行，但不适合同级别接箍坯料的生产。
英文摘要：The hardness, hardenability and quenching and tempering parameters of 27Mn5 steel were studied. The appropriate parameters of quenching and tempering for N80Q and L80 tubes were obtained. The productive practice results show that the quenching and tempering for producing N80Q and L80 tubes and cases of 27Mn5 steel is feasible, but unfeasible for the same grade coupling stock.
