中文摘要:研究了低镍奥氏体铸铁的显微组织及其耐腐蚀、耐磨性。结果表明:低镍奥氏体组织主要由奥氏体、石墨和少量碳化物组成。低镍奥氏体铸铁的抗拉强度和布氏硬度均高于高镍铸铁,同时,低镍奥氏体铸铁的耐腐蚀和耐磨损性也相当或接近于高镍铸铁。
英文摘要:The microstructure, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of low-Ni austenitic cast iron were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of low-Ni cast iron is mainly composed of austenitic matrix, graphite and a small amout of carbides. The hardness and tensile strength of low-Ni cast iron are higher than those of high nickel cast iron. At the same time, the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the cast iron is similar or closed to high-Ni austenitic cast iron.
