中文摘要:通过设计D2钢的锻、轧热加工工艺,分别研究了钢锭锻造、钢锭轧制及锻轧联合三种工艺生产的坯料及成品扁钢的共晶碳化物分布情况,并针对热加工锻比对碳化物的影响进行了试验。结果表明:轧材的碳化物颗粒度较小,但碳化物分布略呈带状;锻造加工后碳化物颗粒度较轧材稍大,但是均匀性较好;锻坯轧制联合成型在改善碳化物颗粒度与分布方面比较理想;锻比对D2钢共晶碳化物不均匀度影响显著,锻比在2~8的范围内共晶碳化物不均匀度评级随锻比的增加而降低。
英文摘要:By designing forging and hot rolling processes for D2 steel, the distribution of eutectic carbides in blank and finished flat steel under forging, rolling and forging-rolling process was studied,and the influence of thermal forging ratio on carbide was analyzed by experiment. The results show that the carbide particle size in rolled products is smaller, but carbide distribution tends slightly to band; the carbide particle size in forged products is larger, but the uniformity is better; both carbide particle size and distribution in forged-rolled products are better; the forging ratio has significant influence on the eutectic carbide's heterogeneous degree of D2 steel, when forging ratio changes from 2 to 8, the eutectic carbide heterogeneous degree decreases with the increase of forging raitio.
