中文摘要:采用纯钛颗粒法制取不同RE含量的Al-Ti-B-RE中间合金,用XRD、SEM及EDS对其进行微观组织分析,对比研究了改变稀土含量对铝中间合金组织和细化性能的影响。结果表明:添加适量的稀土元素能提高中间合金的细化能力;当稀土含量为1wt%时,中间合金中的第二相粒子Al3Ti、TiB2和Ti2Al20Ce呈细小块状,尺寸均匀,弥散分布在 ?琢-Al基体上,无偏聚现象;在对纯铝的细化性能试验中,其平均晶粒尺寸达到79.34 μm,细化效果较好。
英文摘要:The Al-Ti-B-RE intermediate alloy with different RE content was prepared with the method of titanium particles. Using XRD, SEM and EDS, the microstructure was analyzed and the influences of RE content on the microstructure and refining capacity of aluminum intermediate alloy were studied. The results show that the refining capacity of the intermediate alloy increases by adding the right amount of RE; when the RE content reaches 1%, the second phase particles of Al3Ti, TiB2 and Ti2Al20Ce in the intermediate alloy are fine block, uniform size and disperse in the ?琢-Al matrix, without segregation phenomenon; in the refining capacity test on pure aluminum, when the average grain size reaches 79.34 μm, the refinement effect is better.
