中文摘要： 对球墨铸铁台车车体进行初步的铸造工艺设计，主要为浇注系统和冒口的设计；运用铸造数值模拟软件ViewCast对其凝固过程进行模拟，预测可能产生的缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷及部位，从而改进不合理工艺。经过多次ViewCast模拟优化而获得最优工艺，最终消除了铸造缺陷。
英文摘要： The casting process of ductile iron trolley body, including the gating system and risers，was designed. The solidification process of the casting was simulated by numerical simulation software ViewCast to predict the possible casting defects shrinkage and other casting defects and the position of defects, thus to improve unreasonable process. Through repeatedly simulating the solidification process of the casting, the casting defects were eventually eliminated, the optimum process was gained.
