中文摘要:在连续管全位置自动TIG对接焊中,经常会出现电弧偏吹现象。分析表明,引起电弧偏吹的主要原因有小线能量、送丝不稳定、地线连接不正确、焊道成型差、坡口加工不规范、热对流、焊接工艺参数不合适等。根据分析,提出了避免或减小电弧偏吹的措施。
英文摘要:In all-position automatic TIG butt welding for coiled tubing, arc blowing phenomenon often occurs. The analysis show that the main reasons for partial arc blow are small line energy, wire unstable, ground connection uncorrection, poor weld shape, edge preparationing unstandard, convection and other inappropriate welding parameters. The measures for avoiding or reducing the arc blowing partial are put forward.
