中文摘要: 采用高速摄影方法及汉诺威弧焊质量分析仪对三种长输管道用纤维素焊条的熔滴过渡、电弧参数进行了试验研究。高速摄影图片表明,纤维素焊条熔滴过渡为短路过渡、喷射过渡、爆炸过渡的混合模式;三种焊条的电流电压波形图具有明显短路特征。为了评价纤维素焊条的工艺性,对焊接过程电压信号进行了频谱分析。功率谱主分布峰描述了金属熔滴的短路过渡频次,频谱信息反映了焊接过程中电弧的稳定程度。实验结果表明,纤维素焊条电压信号的频谱分析结果能够反映焊接过程熔滴过渡形态及其稳定性,评价纤维素焊条的工艺性。
英文摘要:High speed photo and HANOVER ANALYSATOR were used to study the metal transfer and arc signal of three cellulose electrodes. The photos of high speed photography show that the transfer of cellulose electrodes includes three modes which are short-circuiting transfer, spray transfer and explosive transfer. The oscillograph of current and voltage of the three electrodes have obvious features of short-circuiting. In order to assess the operational behavior of cellulose electrodes, the frequency spectrum analysis on the point of voltage was carried out. The main distribution peak of power spectrum describes the short-circuiting transfer. The frequency spectrum information reflects the stability of the arc. The results show that the frequency spectrum analysis of the cellulose electrode voltage can reflect the modality and stability in the process of welding and assess the operational behavior of the cellulose electrode
