中文摘要:对5CrNiMo热作模具钢进行了复合强化工艺(镀镍稀土渗硼?邛预冷淬火?邛高温回火)试验。结果表明:该处理工艺可大幅提高5CrNiMo钢的表面硬度、高温抗氧化性、冷热疲劳性能和耐磨性。将该材料和处理工艺用于汽车前轴大型热锻模具,已取得了良好的使用效果。
英文摘要:The compound strengthening process test for hot forging die of 5CrNiMo steel was studied. The compound strengthening process test is nickel plating + RE-boriding + pre-cooling quenching and high-temperature tempering. The results show that the surface microhardness, high temperature oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue resistance and wear resistance of 5CrNiMo steel can be greatly improved by this process. The application of the materials and process in auto-front axle large forging dies has achieved good results.
